Remote administration is scoped separately from on-site check-ins, housekeeping, maintenance and emergency coverage.

Start with a trip or a monthly arrangement
Trip-management or monthly fees are quoted against your workload. Supplier costs, payment deadlines, change terms and any commission arrangements are explained before commitment.
Private jet charters and bush transfers can be sourced when appropriate. Mykonos yacht rentals are also available through supplier relationships, subject to availability and terms.
Service hours and any after-hours arrangements are agreed in advance. Large group and team requests are assessed for capacity before acceptance.

Can you work under our company name?
Yes, subject to agreed access, instructions and communication arrangements. Your customer records remain separate from Maserame Travel's direct sales.
Do you offer a 24-hour travel desk?
Our standard service operates during agreed hours. Any after-hours cover must be specifically arranged before the service starts.
Is an enquiry a confirmed booking?
No. Availability, supplier terms, fees and payment arrangements must be agreed, and confirmation received, before a booking is final.
About your enquiry
Use these forms to request a discussion with Maserame Travel. Your contact details and message are stored through Cloudflare and passed to our Airtable client-management system so we can respond and organise your request. Only send the information needed to explain your request. Do not include passport numbers, payment card details or confidential traveller records.
